Q. Are these really original artwork and limited editions for sale?
A. Yes. All of the artwork exhibited on the site are originals and limited editions signed and/or numbered by the artists. The only exception is the prints and reproductions category. All artwork sold are shipped directly from the artist’s studio.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
A. Yes. All credit card payments are secured and encrypted by Geotrust and sent directly to Credit Card International, a nationally recognized credit card processing company.

Q. How long will it take to receive my purchased artwork?
A. Once an artwork is purchased, the artist will proceed with the proper packaging and shipment of the work within 7 business days. Once shipped, domestic shipments should arrive within 1-2 weeks and international shipments within 2-4 weeks. Domestic shipping costs are already included in the artwork price. Our customer service will keep you updated on the status of your order.

Q. How do I submit my artwork or photography to be exhibited on Company Name?
A. You simply fill out the artist registration, and include quality images of your originals or photographs to be posted in
the artwork submission. You keep the actual artwork safely at your residence. We will email you once the original artwork has been sold and provide
the shipping destination.

Q. What is involved in our printer’s services?
A. Once our printer receives your digital images on a CD, they will create a quality print of the image and send it to you for approval. You will then have
an opportunity to review the print, and inform them of any revisions that should be made before the print is sold on our site. This interactive process is designed to assure the highest
quality prints of your originals.

been purchased through our site, we will email you the shipping
destination. We allow you the flexibility of shipment method,
all we ask for is that you email the tracking number to us

us within 48 hours if the original artwork is sold by another
avenue. This minimizes disappointment by a potential buyer.

I am not that savvy at creating a digital image of my work,
is there another method for me to do so?
A. Yes, there are photo laboratories
in your area that offer digitalization of your slides and
negatives and put it on CD. We adhere to our strict specifications
in order to reproduce prints of the highest quality, so please
make it known to the laboratory that it should meet the minimum
guidelines referenced above.
